AutoIntegrity is closely monitoring the situation, there is no specific action required on your part. The emails that are currently delayed will eventually be delivered when the temporary block is resolved. This issue is expected to self-resolve, and we will keep you updated on any developments.

In the meantime, if you are an end user with Outlook and you wish to mitigate potential delays, we recommend taking the following actions:

Whitelist our domain: To ensure that our emails are not blocked or delayed, please add below to your whitelist

  • crashzone.com.au
  • autointegrity.com.au

Outlook Admin Center Connector: If you have administrative access to your Outlook settings, consider adding a connector in the Outlook admin center. This will help prevent any further delays in receiving our emails.

We understand the importance of timely and reliable communication and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you have any questions or concerns about this issue, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

Thank you for your continued trust in AutoIntegrity.
