After conducting a thorough investigation, we have identified that the root cause of the problem was linked to our email server, which was inadvertently blacklisted by one of the spam filters used by Outlook. Immediate action has been taken to rectify this issue, and we are confident that our server was blocked as a false positive. Currently, it is in the review stage, and necessary measures are being implemented to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
