Ransomware cyberattack hits Australia

A massive cyber attack which has hit 200,000 people in at least 150 countries has claimed its first Australian victims and authorities warn more is yet to come.The Federal Government has confirmed three private businesses have been hit by the unprecedented ransomware attack, which wormed its way into thousands of computer systems around the world in an apparent extortion plot, shutting users out unless they coughed up payment.

AutoIntegrity System Service Status

Due to a network issue, Autointegrity was not accessible from 10:49am to 11:19 am on 24th Oct 2016.
The issue was not with the Autointegrity servers but with the entire network. Technicians were able to identify and fix the issues and restore normal operations.

Expected Downtime: Less than 4 hours

This Sunday our servers are being relocated which will mean Autointegrity will be unavailable for a period of time from late Sunday night 28/2/2016 to early Monday morning 29/02/2016. Everything should be back up and running before 5am on Monday the 29/2/2016.

Important Notice: SMS service Vodafone customers

Affected services: Outgoing SMS to Vodafone customers 

Our SMS provider is having intermittent issue with Vodafone customers.  Some SMS sent out from Autointegrity to Vodafone customers are not being received due to the way Vodafone are filtering incoming SMS messages. Unfortunately the SMS shows us that it has been delivered so there is no way to confirm if the SMS has been successfully received. Currently there is no ETA for this to be resolved but we will provide regular updated with any new information as is comes to hand.  If you have any questions please contact support@autointegrity.com.au

 

Important notice – Autointegrity online from 11pm 07/09/2014

The Autointegity server went down on Saturday morning at approximately 4am due to a Microsoft windows update (security patch). The patch did not install correctly and caused the outage to the server. For security it was necessary to install the patch but unfortunately it  corrupted the servers operating system.

Our team have worked around the clock to rebuild the system and bring it back online at 11:00pm Sydney time 07/09/2014

Some customers may have had problems with the system speed and drop outs yesterday and possibly this morning. There has been network issues in the area where the servers are located. Technicians are working on the network to fix and restore to normal operation.

Mail is now processing through the system, we expect the back log to be cleared within the next 1 hour. If you have sent an email it will process onto the job please do not resend the email again as it will cause a double up. There will be a longer delay for quotes that need to be manually for the rest of today.

Due to an issue with our mail robot there is a large back log of email waiting to attach to jobs in the Autointegrity system. Technicians are trying to rectify the issue, but no ETA has been supplied yet. Any email sent will process once the back log has been cleared.

The Autointegrity system is still  experiencing issues with the system running slow. There has been some improvements since yesterday but viewing images and documents is still taking longer than normal to load. Technicians are still working on the system and an update and ETA will be given as soon as possible.

Due to server issues it has been necessary to switch off the AutoIntegrity mail robot at 2:10 pm. This means a no quotes, documents or images will attach to the jobs this afternoon.
The mail robot will be reactivated later in the evening to process all the emails. 
We will also be taking the AutoIntegrity system offline for urgent maintenance and updates  from 7 pm Sydney time tonight the 6th of June through to 3am Sydney time Friday the 7th of June. During this time you will not be able to access the AutoIntegrity website, any questions please contact support@autointegrity.com.au

Internet Explorer IE7 error opening link to download

Some repairers that are using IE7 are getting an error message when clicking on the download link when they receive a adjusted quote and authority from AutoIntegrity.
This is due to a security setting in IE7 which has changed in an update.

The instructions below show how to update this setting and fix the issue on IE7

1. Click Menu Tools –> Internet Options

2. Click Avanced tab —-> Browsing section ——> uncheck Enable thirty-party browser extensions*

Autointegrity report engine maintenance

Important notice:
The Autointegrity report engine will be offline tomorrow from 1.00pm to 1.30pm Sydney time 01/03/2012 for schedule maintenance. During this time you will not be able to access the report engine. The Autointegrity system will not be effected and will be working as normal. Any questions or concerns please contact support@autointegrity.com.au
