AutoIntegrity Process

1. Customer lodges claim
2. Claims staff  start booking job in AI (AutoIntegrity)
3. Sends request for quote to repairer
4. Repairer sends quote and images into AI
5. AI notifies claims staff
6. Claims staff allocate assessor based on quote value and location
7. Assessor received assessment notification from AI
8. Assessor does assessment in AI
9a. Authority and adjust quote is sent electronically to repairer
9b. Total loss job Assessors updates total loss fields captures PAV research
10. Assessment report is sent to Claim staff electronically
11. Repairer sends supplementary into AI
12. Assessor gets notified by supplementary
13. Supplementary authority and adjust quote is sent electronically to repairer
14. Updated assessment report is sent to Claim staff electronically
15. Repairer sends invoice into AI
16. AI notifies Assessor if invoice does not balance or notifies claims if it balances and OK to pay
