We’re reaching the final stage of our platform upgrade, and this is an important reminder for all users currently accessing legacy versions of AutoIntegrity.
What’s happening?The Red and Black versions of AutoIntegrity are being decommissioned as we complete the transition to our latest platform — AutoIntegrity Blue.
What this means for you- The legacy systems (Red & Black) will be shut down shortly
- Continued access to these versions will no longer be available
- All users should now be:
- Already using AutoIntegrity Blue, or
- Have a confirmed upgrade scheduled
AutoIntegrity Blue brings a more modern, stable, and scalable platform with:
- Improved performance and reliability
- Enhanced integrations
- Ongoing feature development and support

Network Update – Telstra Outage
We’ve been advised by our hosting provider that Telstra is currently experiencing network outages impacting some users’ ability to connect.
Telstra is actively investigating, however no ETA has been provided at this stage.
We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue working with our providers until services are fully stabilised.

AutoIntegrity Blue Rollout – 14th October 2025
The rollout of the new AutoIntegrity system Blue version will commence on 14th October 2025.
Starting with customers located along the East Coast of Australia.
Mr. Christiaan Hunter and the AutoIntegrity Technical Support Team will be visiting sites to complete the upgrade and provide onsite training.
Please note that onsite training is mandatory for all customers wishing to continue using AutoIntegrity after the upgrade.
Our team will contact you directly to confirm your visit date and training arrangements.

AutoIntegrity Invoices Now Sent Direct from Xero – From 12/08/2025
From 12/08/2025, all AutoIntegrity invoices will be sent directly from our accounting system, Xero.
The layout will remain similar, but you’ll notice the sender will now be Xero instead of our previous system.

We are pleased to inform you that the issue has been successfully resolved as of approximately 3 pm yesterday, on the 4th of December, 2023.
After conducting a thorough investigation, we have identified that the root cause of the problem was linked to our email server, which was inadvertently blacklisted by one of the spam filters used by Outlook. Immediate action has been taken to rectify this issue, and we are confident that our server was blocked as a false positive. Currently, it is in the review stage, and necessary measures are being implemented to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this disruption may have caused you. If you encounter any emails that were not received, please kindly resend them to the intended recipients.

We want to emphasize that this issue is not unique to AutoIntegrity; it has been observed across a wide range of senders and is related to the Office 365 email infrastructure.
AutoIntegrity is closely monitoring the situation, there is no specific action required on your part. The emails that are currently delayed will eventually be delivered when the temporary block is resolved. This issue is expected to self-resolve, and we will keep you updated on any developments.
